HE'S responsible for the oil and gas deal between Russia and China? What does this mean about the agitation for sanctions on Russia--was it planned all along that they wouldn't hurt Russia at all, but devastate the EU? Is Michael Hudson right that Ukraine was really an attack on Germany for getting too cozy with the Asia-Russia market? As Cynthia Chung writes today, Germany's certainly been hit worse than any other country by the Greed New Deal.

I am now realizing that the Baby Boomers were kept in the dark by a variety of sinister methods. I was raised in San Fernando Valley, right outside of Hollywood. In fact, right off Laurel Canyon and Mulholland Drive - where Jim Morrison’s father controlled those who were to keep us distracted, studied, and blind. We had a phony war, Kent State, Woodstock, love-peace & happiness. My generation outnumbered the adults 10:1, hence, not easily controlled. Since the government was manufacturing and supplying the drugs, more often than not, we were in a fog. Between the war and drugs, many didn’t make it - the rest weren’t able to “mature” until their 30s and 40s. This was due to our parents forgetting to prepare us for life challenges and responsibilities, not so sure we would have heard them, or, even listened. The only diversity we encountered were the Cholos who would cruise the neighborhoods.
While we were taught manners and etiquette, went to excellent schools (mostly private), were pushed into Brownies-Girl Scouts (& male equivalent), all sorts of private lessons (ballet, music, art) - the adults were silent on the government and history.
This produced an entire generation of young inept and ill prepared parents. All done by design, thank you government, and sadly, today we see the result.
What’s my point? Honestly, while many of us were always aware that things weren’t quite as they seemed, we were too overwhelmed to do “investigative research” and question our officials, or patents. We trusted that they had our best interest at heart - we were gullible.
Then 9/11 happened and some of us started getting a “big reality check” - too late!
We get to 2015, the flood gates open - we notice we’ve got two generations below us who live in an altered reality, and our generation, who we thought had kinda kept up. Nope.
Those like me, tried to learn all we could and are in a state of shock.
We have come to realize that there are more problems then solutions, in every area imaginable.
(Aren’t I supposed to be traveling, seeing the world, and laying on a beach reading a good book?)

I used to be frustrated that no one was interested in strategy, only "where's my clickbait activism?" Now I'm kinda grateful. It lets me work with the handful of people who have already taken responsibility for informing themselves.
When you say "more problems then solutions, in every area imaginable" I think we're talking about symptoms. One blog called "Screaming Into the Void" says we don't have a _________ problem, we have a CONTROL problem.
So I think we're in a waiting period until the symptoms come to a head, so we might as well strategize among ourselves. That's my primary focus on my blog and in my book, How to Dismantle an Empire. Nice to be in communication with someone so insightful and perceptive!
1/ Since I avoid Amazon, hopefully I can find it at my local Barnes & Noble. I have always been a reader (of real books), I can’t wait.
2/ Always being different & having the ability to look at “things” on a different level than everyone around me, I never believed that I would fit in. I am delighted to have found those, like me, who are “aware” - uniquely colorful individuals that fall so far outside the bell curve that they are the least understood by others.
I say to that blogger, good luck trying to control us. No authority figure has ever succeeded in controlling me, much to their chagrin.
Since the generations behind us believe we know nothing, do we have time to wait for them to find out the hard way? Seems to me we’re on a shorter timeframe than you perceive. While we can help lay the foundation, guide those who are willing to heed advice & wisdom - the work will be completed in bulk, by those younger generations. This is where my faith waivers.
About a year ago, I was on a group zoom with Russell Brand when he called on me. He was looking for a David Graeber quote, and I read him one from my book and told him it was about community self-governance, which is what he's for. He said, that's just the book I want to read next, tell us where to get it. And I said that was my question, do I put it on Amazon, even though that's everything I'm against, and dance with the devil? He said, dance with the devil but don't go home with him.
So that's what I've done. There is another distributor that enables the self-published to make their book available for order from bookstores. But that's another process through another conglomerate that I haven't done. Where are you located?

You can't force the Mockingbird Media to cover this story. That's the wrong goal. It misunderstands what these propaganda organs are and how they function. They will go broke and fire all their talking heads before they cover this kind of thing. And there's plenty in this category. It's growing quickly.
A better goal, and entirely achivable, is to use this story to speed the ongoing erosion of Mockingbird bloc's credibility. To make people understand how thoroughly deceptive it is.
