The America Project's Election Integrity Initiative
Operation Eagles Wings is recruiting, training, and deploying thousands of citizens in local elections across Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, & Wisconsin.
The America Project is building a platform for recruiting, educating, training, and deploying citizens in local elections across the country.
Their goal is to mobilize as many people as possible to serve as poll watchers, poll workers, and election judges for the 2022 election.
Furthermore, they want to organize local election integrity task forces that understand how elections work on the ground so they can ensure the election is being conducted in an honest and transparent manner and abiding to laws dictated by their state legislature.
In a podcast episode released on July 28, 2022, The America Project’s (TAP) Co-Founder Patrick Byrne, a former tech entrepreneur, and TAP President Joe Flynn, a former healthcare entrepreneur, appeared on Joe Oltmann’s “Conservative Daily” to discuss their “Operation Eagles Wings” initiative to get citizens involved in their local elections.
The effort will target nine swing states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
According to TAP Founder Patrick Byrne, Operation Eagles Wings will educate citizens on everything from grassroots training to election canvassing and fundraising.
Operations Eagles Wings also plans on training volunteers who will work reaching out to low-propensity voters and educating citizens on the election laws in their locality in order to ensure the American people are informed of the voting process.
Byrne said: “Our goal not only is to give proper training to Americans who want there to be no errors in 2020’s elections but also to teach them how manage volunteers and raise money in a way that each state can become financially self-sustaining.”
Flynn told Oltmann that TAP was first introduced to the strategy through Bishop Leon Benjamin and an organization called Virginians for America First.
Bishop Leon Benjamin, the former chair of the Richmond GOP, founded Virginians for America First, a grassroots organization which partnered with TAP to recruit, train, and deploy 4,500 poll observers in Virginia’s Nov. 2021 election.
Flynn said: “These guys came to us and said there’s a lot of angst in Virginia right now. We think we have a shot at taking the house. Even though we don’t like Glenn Youngkin, we think we have a shot at least in not having Terry McAuliffe.”
First, the plan was to train “4,500 election observers and precinct volunteers” because before they got involved in Virginia “only 20% of the observers at the polls were America First or more conservative people” and after they got involved “they changed that to 90%,” Flynn explained.
Second, “they knocked on 80,000 doors” in a four month period and motivated people to get out the vote in a midterm election year.
Third, they focused on informing people about the value and importance of voting for “America First policies”.
Flynn continued, “They were able to turn the house of delegates red for the first time in twenty years. Virginia was going blue. Virginia was lost forever… And they put in a conservative administration. Not perfect — I’ll say that. Youngkin is not perfect, but he’s a hell of a lot better than McAuliffe.”
In Virginia, much of the strategy was organized by Virginians for America First’s Tim Meisburger, a 30-year veteran of election integrity who was appointed by the Trump Administration as Director of the Center for Democracy Rights and Governance (DRG) for the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
Prior to joining USAID, Mesiburger worked as an election integrity expert for the Asia Foundation, and before that for the UN, the OSCE, and as a consultant in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe.
Tim's decades long experience in managing elections, and helping citizens of autocratic countries in their struggle for democracy, gives him a unique perspective on the election integrity issues we face today in America.
In a podcast episode released on July 21, 2022, Mesiburger, who was appointed as TAP’s Director of Election Integrity this last April, joined Patrick Byrne to explain why the solution to fixing our elections is citizens getting involved on the local level:
“All of the administrative and judicial institutions through which we would normally address these problems have been corrupted and politicized. It's scary. The only way we can resolve this is an asymmetrical conflict. We cannot go through the institutions themselves, we have to come from the side, and from a different direction. And what is the power that we have? The only power that we have is the people. In the end, that is the only way we can overcome this, through the mass of the population demanding transparent, free and fair elections.”
How do we rank in elections?
Tim Meisburger: "We're really probably in the lower tenth in the quality of our elections. Elections in Bangladesh are bad, but they are better than here. Cambodia, Indonesia, and the Philippines are better than here... Our elections don't compare very well to international standards.”
“For example, a lot of the videos we saw right after the election showed observers being kept away from the process. They put up board over the windows or forced them to stand back and of course on a international monitoring or observation mission, anything run by the UN or OSCE, if you do that to observers, that's it -- it's finished. Because now we cannot verify this process, there is no way we can say this is a free and fair process because it is not transparent.”
“The complexity of our elections and the non-transparency of our elections, the lack of voter ID. I think it's really ironic and humorous that essentially every country in the world uses voter ID except the United States and every democracy in the world uses voter ID except the United States.”
Meisburger, who explained in detail in the American Greatness why the 2020 US Election did not live up to international standards, also listed these reasons that cause many people to doubt the legitimacy of America’s latest election:
Coordinated suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story before the election
Introduction of many new election procedures as a response to COVID 19 that universally weakened the security of the election process
Widespread use of insecure mail-in ballots and drop boxes, paid for in many cases by donations from a partisan billionaire.
The use of state officials and resources to turn out voters in predominately Democratic areas, again paid for by a partisan billionaire.
Mules geo-tracked and videoed collecting ballots from partisan organizations and then stuffing said ballots in drop boxes
Observers being prevented (on video) from observing counting processes
Poll workers (on video) sending observers home and stuffing ballot boxes in the middle of the night
The suspiciously coordinated suspension of counting in battleground states, followed by markedly different results when counting is resumed
"For me, as an election professional, the prevention of effective observation alone is enough to declare that the integrity of the election cannot be verified; and if I were overseas monitoring that election in a developing country, we would be calling for new elections with increased safeguards."
Although, the The America Project is busy replicating last year’s work in Virginia across the country, they managed to find enough time to help Hunter Biden’s laptop repairman John Paul Mac Isaac file a multimillion-dollar defamation suit against Rep. Adam Schiff, CNN, the Daily Beast and Politico, saying they falsely accused him of peddling Russian disinformation.
“[We are] honored to sponsor John Paul Mac Isaac in his fight against the injustice that has been done to him when the political elite coordinated with the leftist news media claiming the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation — which was a blatant lie,” the group said.
TAP is also funding all of Garland Favorito's six Georgia lawsuits for VoterGA. Joe Flynn said, “We're funding Garland to get him over the finish line and we've got our own lawsuits that we are filing towards 2020,” he continued.
“But we are looking at 2022 knowing that we have to get not just the house and senate back at the federal level, but we've also got to get the state houses and senate just like we did in Virginia because we don't want to run into the same problem that we ran into in 2020, where we had all these feckless RINOs, who backed away from really questioning and decertifying these elections.”
“Are we going to be successful? We don't know, but I can tell you right now that we are going to die trying... People see what happened in the last election and they’re seeing that they have to get more involved… We've got to be looking in the front through the windshield as well as looking at the rear-view mirror and that's what we are trying to do at the America Project."

I’m an election officer, in a state other than these key states. I strongly encourage people, to become a part of the election process, in their counties. We may not be able to control the machines, however we can make a difference!
VOTE 🗳 as if your LIFE DEPENDS ON IT,
in person, at the polls, on paper ballots.
Wow, after signing up to volunteer as a poll watcher in Texas, I got a phone call from a person in Knoxville, Tennessee about an hour later. I normally don’t answer calls from people I don’t know, but I answered this one because it displayed a name and location. I answered Hello? she asked, is this Mark Simms? I said, yes it is. She then asked, did you just volunteer at foramericafirst.com.? I said, yes I did. She then asked, can I ask you where you heard about the America Progect Election Integrity Initiative? I then had to ask, who is this and how do you know I submitted a volunteer form? She said, I work for Patrick Byrne and we’re curious how you found out about us? So I told he I follow Kanekoathegreat on Substack.com, Telegram and TruthSocial. I told her to check out Kenekoa’s Newsletter on Substack.com. He just posted a great article about the America Project Election Integrity Initiative. She said thank you! A State Coordinator will be contacting you soon. Cool stuff! 🤓
